My 97-year-old mother lives with our family and receives regular services from at-home care providers and home care nurses. When I am traveling, Shannon becomes our family representative and coordinates the work between the providers. It keeps communication strong and covers gaps when providers need assistance in organizing daily work and completing daily tasks such as food preparation.
